Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility for Returns:
- All items are eligible except jewelry, which is non-returnable.
- Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.
- Only the original damage shown and approved via WhatsApp will be accepted. Any extra damage beyond the initial report will not be covered.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact us via our official WhatsApp number.
- Share your order details and clear photos of the damaged item.
Refund Policy
Once your return is approved:
- We will process your refund within 1 to 3 business days.
- Refunds are issued via bank transfer.
- Return shipping costs are shared 50/50 – half by LadiezFirst, and half by the customer.
Exchange Policy
If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we’re happy to replace your item with another product of equal value, provided it meets the same return conditions.
Replacement Warranty – 90 Days
All bags purchased from LadiezFirst come with a 90-day replacement warranty.
- If any issue arises with your bag within 90 days of purchase, you are eligible for a free replacement.
- To claim the warranty, simply contact us via WhatsApp with your order details and a photo/video of the issue.
Note: Warranty covers manufacturing defects and quality issues, not damages caused by misuse or wear and tear.
Non-Returnable Items
- Jewelry items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
